ORGANIZATION
This competition will be investigated
on the base of rules of IAU
and Regulations of the World I.A.U. 100K 2005
This race is conducted based on IAU regulations and agreements of the Local
Organizing Committee of 2005.
1. Inaugural ceremony
On Saturday, december 10, the 5 p.m. in the Civic
Center of San Carlos Bariloche
* Technical meeting: on Saturday, december 10, at 2 o'clock p.m. in the room of
meetings of the Civic Center
* Parade of flags: on Saturday, december 10, the 4 p.m. in the Civic Center of
San Carlos Bariloche
2. Inscriptions
Closing of Inscriptions: November 25 2005. They will be taken as
definitive, those inscriptions that enter in the established date, anyone is the
means used for the shipment (postal mail, and mail or fax).

Friday, December 9: from 1 o'clock p.m. at 9 o'clock p.m., in the room of
meetings of the Civic Center
Saturday, December 10: from 8 o'clock a.m. at 7 o'clock p.m., in the room of
meetings of the Civic Center

3. Certificate of health
The checkup of health before the competition won't be carried out by the
organizers of the competition. Consult in this place on the necessary

competitors during the whole competition.
4. Ratifications
In the tests of 10K and 10K March, the participation of the corridor will be
ratified when it enters to the Chamber of Call.
In the tests of 100K, 42K and 21K the athletes will be transfers for the
Organizer to the place of the departure and when ascending to the vehicle
transporter, they ratified their participation.
5.- Gears
The corridors of the competition of 100k will be able to leave their baggage in
a transport dedicated for it in a bag of red polyester that will be returned
when arriving to the goal. The bag of green polyester is for the participants of
42K and the blue bag the competitors of 21K The competitors of 10K and 10K March
they used white bags and they will be available in the partida/llegada place.
The CO will preserve the elements, for what the corridors should label their
bags in form it highlights with the domestic name and number of the competition.
6.- Sponsors and announcements
The corridors won't be able to use publicity highlighted in their participation
uniforms, neither before, during or when arriving to the goal.
7.- Reception of special drinks
-
The corridors should leave their special drinks
in the control area before the competition.

Bottle should be of less than 20 cm of high and
unbreakable.

The corridor should label its bottles with the
number of the corridor, the domestic name and soda area (30k, 65k, 80k) in
the one that the drink will be required.

Bottles won't be accepted that contain the same
content that the organizers will offer in the positions of supply (for
example: mineral water, sport drinks and bananas)

The bottles and their contents once presented to
the registration they won't be returned to the corridors.

The corridors will be able to move for their
own means to the place of the departure, but they should be in the area
of having released to more to take 30 minute before the competition.

Corridors that are not present in the
schedule of departure, they won't be investigated.
10. During the competition

There will be posters that indicate service and soda area and exhibited in

Accompaniments
To assure the security of corridors, any accompaniment form is not ALLOWED
in automobile or athletes or in bicycle. The corridor that infringes this
rule will be disqualified. To the corridor he/she will be ordered him to
give birth to during the competition for the judge and he/she won't be able
to continue for any reason in the competition.
This rule obviously is not applicable to blind corridors.

15.- Antidoping
The
selected competitors for the dopaje control will be notified by the Medical
Director or Director of the test, after the competition and they will fulfill
the Rules See WADA Rules
16.- Arrive
The
arrival will be in Avda. Bustillo, on the coastal one of the one Lago Nahuel Huapi
17.- Medical
attendance
* If the corridors present any problem with their health before the competition,
they should cancel their participation notifying to the CO. Also if any problem
of health is presented during the competition he/she seeks advice to desist
immediately.
* In case the athlete retires during the competition she will have to inform the
nearest official.
* Previous to the competition, to present doctor's certificate that expressly
indicates that this under conditions physics to participate in a competition of
14 hours of duration and of 100K of distance and to sign the Relief of
Responsibility to See
*An ambulance will be available only for corridors that you/they need emergency
attendance.
18.- Desertions
There will be an available vehicle for corridors that they abandon the test
The corridors that overcome the limits should stop to run and they will be
transferred in the agreement vehicle with the instructions given by the nearest
assistant.

Accidents
The organizers will offer medical attendance in the event of the emergency, but
after that the organizer doesn't have responsibility unless the cause of the
accident attributed to the organizers. Nevertheless it will collaborate so that
it is assisted meetly.
20.-
Awards ceremony
- Ultramaraton, 21K, 42K one hour after having
concluded the 100K in a beautiful place covered with a special party.
Approximately to the 10 pm
- 10K, and 10K March immediately of having concluded
each test (day Saturday)
The results of the test will be given to
corridors after the competition.
Immediately of having concluded the World one 100K the results they will be
available in the Web Official Site of the World one
